Return & Exchanges

At hiwares.com we want you to be happy, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt. However, we can only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

Return

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please contact us at service@hiwares.com first to discuss the problem you are having.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for returned item and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.

Exchange

Please remember write the ORDER NO and the reason for the return on the package. You can return items within 10 days since you receive the products, and before that, please e-mail us at service@hiwares.com to get return address. They need to be returned with their original packaging and we will be happy to refund or exchange.

Guideline

1.A return authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. If the package is returned by the original address it was sent from, we are most unlikely to receive it and the returned package will be resent to you once again.
2.Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3.When returning goods, please be sure to wrap the package carefully as damages/losses to the goods during transit back to us are at the customer's risk. Please include the following information with your return: product Code/product name, bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; detailed reason for return.
4.All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. hiwares.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
After we get your returned parcel, we will notify you about your returned parcel. And then you will need to place another order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please be notified only damaged or faulty products can be returned for exchange. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.

Note

Postage is not refundable. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
