Shipping Method and Cost

We ship items through EMS and DHL to most countries in the world, EMS is our main courier . Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed.

Shipping Time

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7-10 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay. We give International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature.
Generally, we will need 1-2 working days to process your order and arrange the shipment. Your order will be shipped out next day or on the 2nd day after the payment has gone through. During the peak periods, please allow 3-4 days for us to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive you order within 6-9 working days totally.
Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days. After your item is dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to you via email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

1. Customs fees are not being included by edhardysclothing.uk.com for international shipping. We’ll mark our parcel as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
2. Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international express delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information.
